Yogurt, Cardamom and Orange Panna Cotta

Tip ~ If you decide to freeze do so in the molds for no more than 3 months and allow to come to room temperatrurebefore serving.
Ingredients
1 leaf of gelatine
200ml / 7floz milk
2 generous tablespoons honey
Scant ½ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
175ml / 6floz natural yogurt
1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
You will need small glass dishes or espresso cups to serve.
Method
- Place the gelatine in a bowl of cold water and leave to soak for 5 minutes until soft.
- Place the milk, honey and ground cardamom seeds in a saucepan and slowly bring up to the boil.
- Drop in the softened gelatine and stir to dissolve and set aside for about 10 minutes or until it has reached room temperature.
- Place the yogurt and orange zest in another bowl and add the milk, whisking to mix it. Pour the mixture into little glasses or cups and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled straight from the fridge.
