1 Large Mango

4 spring onions finely chopped crossways

1small red chilli deseeded and finely chopped

1 lime, juice only

1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander


  • Cut the mango flesh away from the stone and remove the fruit from the skin.
  • Put the mango fruitinto a bowl along with the chilli, lime andonion.
  • Mix well and scatter the coriander on the top to serve.
