Creamy Basil and Tomato Dip

Tip ~ A bonus of this dip is that it can be made up to 2 days in advance, the flavours will improve with time.
Ingredients
1 x 200g tub Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons low calorie mayonnaise
A large bunch fresh basil
4 tablespoons sun dried tomato paste
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method
- Measure all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until just smooth.
- Taste and check for seasoning.
- This can also be done by hand. Tear the basil into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients.
